Distributors

Requirements

Please acquaint yourself with the following requirements if you want to join the family of amazing distributors. If you have any more questions, please email distributorship@adonkobitters.com

  • To sell a minimum quantity of 5,000 cartons a month.
  • Business registration certificate.
  • Must have an operating business, preferably in the beverage and distribution industry.
  • Foreign distributors must have a permit to import, distribute and sell alcoholic drinks.
  • Must have not less than 2 distribution vehicles for delivery to retailers in assigned territory.

  • Internal Revenue Certificate.
  • Must have the necessary number of staff to operate the business (van sales men, warehouse officers & account officers).
  • Must have sufficient working capital and be willing to transfer funds from the importing country to Adonko Bitters Limited, Ghana.
  • Must be familiar with his/her country’s regulatory requirements on importation of alcoholic drinks – i.e., registration, tariffs, levies, taxes, marketing, import permit etc.
  • A warehouse or Depot to be branded by Adonko Bitters Limited.
 
The Inspection Process

A member of the sales and marketing team would evaluate the warehouse of a potential distributor and send a brief report to the Chief Marketing and Sales Manager. If it is deemed suitable, the registration will be completed by the Accounts Department.
